For women ready to move beyond labels and into lasting transformation. You're exhausted from carrying everyone else's emotions while ignoring your own, feeling stuck in patterns you can't break, and knowing you're meant for more but not knowing how to get there. You're ready for deep emotional release without reliving your trauma, clarity on who you truly are and what you want, practical tools that fit into your real busy life, and transformation that lasts. This is a complete 3-month transformation journey combining mental health counseling training, ancient energy healing and personalized empowerment practices. You'll work directly with me—trained in mental health counseling with a Master's degree, certified Emotion Code practitioner and holistic life coach—to release trapped emotions and step into the empowered woman you've always been. What's Included: 2 Life Coaching Sessions (60 minutes each, virtual, $400 value). Full integrative assessment covering mind, body, spirit, emotions and relationships. You'll gain clarity on your true desires, practical strategies for boundaries and self-care, and a roadmap for sustainable success on your terms. 3 Emotion Code Sessions (60 minutes each, virtual, $600 value). Release trapped emotions without talking about your trauma. We'll identify emotions blocking your power and joy, release Heart Wall barriers, and clear inherited emotions from your lineage. This is where deep transformation happens. 6-Week Bibliotherapy Audio Empowerment Program and supportive materials (self-paced, $597 value). Created for busy women, especially BIPOC women. Listen while commuting, cooking or winding down. Weekly themes: Reclaiming Your Voice, Releasing People-Pleasing, Healing Perfectionism, Transforming Imposter Syndrome, Embodying Your Power and Sustaining Your Transformation. Cancellation Policy
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS Anne Alexis Holistic provides life coaching, Emotion Code energy healing and empowerment programs. Services combine clinical training, ancient energy healing and personalized empowerment practices. This is not a substitute for mental health therapy or medical treatment. I am trained in mental health counseling with a Master's degree but am not a licensed therapist. Services provided are coaching and energy healing. If you have a diagnosed mental health condition or are in crisis, consult a licensed mental health professional or physician. I do not provide crisis services, call 911 or the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988 for emergencies. Payment is due at time of booking via credit card through Wix only. Strict no-refund policy, all sales are final. If a refund is processed in exceptional circumstances at my sole discretion, a $12.88 processing fee will be deducted. Sessions are available Wednesday through Sunday 8AM to 6PM EST. Sessions are virtual via Zoom unless otherwise specified. You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours notice are charged in full and the session is forfeited. Emergency exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. All sessions and personal information are kept strictly confidential in accordance with HIPAA-compliant privacy standards. Sessions may be recorded for transcription purposes only, recordings are deleted after transcription. Transcripts available upon request. I will not share your personal information, session content or contact details without your consent. Client contact is limited to scheduled session times and email support for integration questions only. I do not share personal contact information or connect with clients on personal social media. No meetings outside scheduled sessions. You are responsible for your own self-care, well-being, choices, actions and outcomes. Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.
